A fourth-generation Floridian, Trevor takes great pride in living, working, and raising his family in Florida. He was profoundly influenced by his father and grandfather, along with the mentorship of Brett DuBois, people who have played a pivotal role in shaping his career and character.
Trevor began his professional journey in the citrus industry, where he learned the importance of self-discipline and conducting business with honesty and respect. He founded Brush Hog Grinding Services, LLC in 2003 and built the company into the largest grinding operation in the Southeastern U.S. His expertise in the field has led to collaborations with machine manufacturers, where his valuable insights in efficiency and performance have proven invaluable. Additionally, he established Grassy Creek, a cattle operation composed of both leased and owned properties.
In 2005, Trevor obtained his real estate license and joined DuBois Realty under the mentorship of Brett DuBois. Leveraging his extensive connections within the cattle and citrus industries, he quickly proven himself in the Central and South Florida real estate market. When Brett founded Tarpon Blue, Trevor transitioned alongside him, continuing to facilitate significant land transactions. He has been instrumental in working with Florida Power & Light and other major entities, successfully brokering deals and securing key properties, including a 3,000-acre site for a Panther CU credit bank.
Trevor has been married to his wife, Lucretia, for 22 years, and they have a 15-year-old daughter, Karoline. An avid outdoorsman, he is passionate about hunting, fishing, and boating. Committed to conservation, he is an active member of the Florida Wildlife Federation, advocating for responsible land and wildlife stewardship.
