Tracy Horan has over 18years experience working in the property market having worked across a broad range of areas providing professional advice and expertise in compulsory purchase orders, rent reviews, rating and other property advisory roles. In her previous role she worked with CIÉ Group Property Management as part of the team responsible for the management of the property portfolio of Iarnrod Eireann/Irish Rail, Dublin Bus and Bus Eireann. Currently Tracy is predominantly involved in dealing with acquisitions for Utilities Companies and Road Projects.
