Tom Kirby is a Principal & Director of the Company and he is mainly involved in dealing with acquisitions for Utilities Companies and Road Projects. Tom has worked in this sector since joining the office in 1999 and has a wide range of experience. He has been involved in all stages of the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) process ranging from assistance in preparation of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) to assessment and negotiation of compensation claims and where necessary attendance at Arbitration as expert witness. His work involves daily reference to legislation, case law and current practices.

Tom’s clients include GNI, TII, ESB, numerous Local Authorities, institutional and private clients.
