Todd is a Principal with Avison Young Consulting Services. Todd focuses his consulting practice in the area of location strategy and economic development incentives analysis, negotiation, and administration, helping clients determine the optimal locations for their operations in parallel with securing tax and financial credits and incentives for those operations.

A former Wall Street trader turned strategy and operations executive, Todd is able to apply his multi-disciplinary background to offer insights, draw connections, and incorporate cross-industry solutions in unique ways to help clients drive sustained profitability and growth. Specializing in decision modeling and scenario analysis, Todd has successfully served clients across virtually all industry sectors, including private equity, technology, energy, food and beverage, financial services, health care, life science, and all types of manufacturing.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Todd was a Managing Principal for Honour, a consulting firm that he and his partners sold to Avison Young in 2020. Prior to that, he held executive roles within Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, McMaster-Carr, Bear Stearns (now part of JP Morgan), and Merrill Lynch
