As Regional Associate Director, Todd Johnson is responsible for coordinating all facets of engineering, consultation, policies and procedures, and training to the engineering staff in his region. With over 30 years of experience in building maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements, Todd serves as a resource for our regional engineering department and property managers. Todd started his career at Gerald D. Hines Interest in 1989 at Pennzoil Place.
