Tim is a Director in Avison Young’s Planning, Development and Regeneration business unit. He has 15 years’ consultancy experience, providing planning strategy advice to inform site acquisition and disposals; setting strategy and adding value through site promotion through the local plan process; assisting the preparation of masterplanning of complex sites; and managing the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals across the residential, retail and leisure sectors.

He has a range of diversified experience in the residential sector, advising housebuilders; registered providers; local authorities; specialist older persons and traditional care providers.
