Tim is a Director and Chartered Town Planner with over 15 years experience working in our Birmingham Office. Tim advises a wide variety of public and private sector clients across a range of sectors, with specific focus on residential, education and office development. He provides his clients with advice on a broad range of planning issues and uses his skills and expertise to secure valuable planning permissions and development plan allocations for them. Off the back of this, he has forged many long lasting and productive relationships with many of the Team’s key clients He regularly acts as lead-consultant on instructions and has extensive experience of heading up large multi-disciplinary teams.
