Tim is an Associate in the Birmingham Planning, Development and Regeneration Team with a mixture of public and private sector experience in both development management and strategic planning.

He has c.14 years’ experience across the Midlands and has an aptitude for project management. He provides planning advice to clients on complex sites and promotes sites through the Local Plan process as well as applying for and securing planning permission for a number of clients on a variety of proposals including in the residential, employment and healthcare sectors.
