Tammie Brace-Turnipseed is the Vice President of Finance and Operations for Avison Young's Nashville office with over 32 years of experience in accounting. Her financial knowledge spans across several different industries including insurance brokerage, high-quality electronics distribution, pre-press media services, and property management/real estate. 

Major projects with Avison Young include moving teams from windows-based MRI accounting software to a web-based system, utilizing iCIMS for recruiting candidates for open positions, unbundling single accounting system contracts into five separate entity contracts, implementing the AvidXchange (electronic invoicing and payments) platform for the Nashville and two affiliate offices to move away from paper-based accounts payable, and transitioning the Knoxville affiliate office from MRI/Avid to AppFolio. Her responsibilities include financial statement review, budgeting, cash management, internal and external reporting, and processing ADP payroll for the Knoxville affiliate office.
