Tad Loran’s extensive experience in leasing and investment sales in northern Nevada adds value to the Avison Young team.  Transactions are in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space.  Tad specializes in retail leasing involving Landlord and Tenant representation.  Tad’s knowledge of the market and his long lasting relationships enable him to provide his clients with the highest level of assistance in all aspects of the transaction.  Tad provides real estate advisory services on a local, regional and national basis.

EDUCATION

Tad graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business marketing and a minor in speech communications from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1995.  Tad has been involved in many advanced training courses in the area of leasing, management, sales and related fields.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

He has held many executive roles including vice president and president in local social organizations.  Tad has been active in the community in regards to sponsoring and supporting philanthropic charities.
