As a Principal in the Avison Young London Markets team, Stuart has specialised in advising office occupiers across Central London for over 10 years. He is responsible for providing dedicated property advice to all occupiers, across different sectors, with respect to their real estate strategies. Stuart has helped a wide range of occupiers, from start-ups, SME’s to established brands ensuring they meet their commercial real estate objectives, in a timely and cost-effective manner.

His specialist knowledge and expertise is predominantly tailored to office occupiers in the City of London, Southbank, City Fringe and Docklands sub-markets. Stuart has also had success co-ordinating occupier business across the rest of the UK, Europe and USA.

His primary aim with occupational strategies is to deliver value when advising on either office acquisitions, liability mitigation, lease renewals or lease re-gears.

Stuart joined Avison Young in 2021, having spent 4 years as a Director at Colliers International and prior to that he was at CBRE for 6 years. At Avison Young, Stuart will also focus on driving growth amongst the London Markets transactional business to complement its existing best-in-class consultative capabilities.
