Steph has 10 years’ experience working in the Birmingham office. She has been a chartered member of the RTPI since June 2016 and was promoted to Director in January 2022. She is responsible for a range of complex projects and has worked for a variety of private and public sector clients. Her work has focused primarily on planning applications, appeals and strategic development plan related work in a range of sectors including large scale residential and mixed-use schemes. Outside Avison Young Steph is an active member of the RTPI West Midlands Regional Committee having held the position of Chair in 2021.
