In her 22 years in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Signe has managed a diverse asset mix including class A high rise, industrial warehouse, research and laboratory, office park and retail properties across the San Francisco bay area.

Signe joined Avison Young in 2017 in a consulting role where she supported multiple management teams across California with budgeting, financial reporting, and annual expense reconciliations. In 2022 Signe transitioned to a permanent position within Avison Young and currently manages class A office property in the San Mateo and Walnut Creek areas. 

Signe began her career in 2000 in Downtown Oakland. Prior to joining Avison Young, she led multiple teams in the management of several assets, including the San Francisco Presidio, suburban office, industrial and retail portfolios, as well as class A high rise in Oakland City Center.

Signe holds a BA from Boson University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, with Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa. Outside of the office Signe enjoys music, cooking, spending time with her family, and anything outdoors, especially running and swimming, though mostly these days she spends her time on the sidelines of youth sporting events.
