Shannon McBride is Vice President of Real Estate Management Services and assists in leading and managing the Property Management platform.  Ms. McBride also handles all lease administration as well as assists internal and external staffing.  She has previously served as a Senior Portfolio Accountant, Property Manager and Lease Administrator for all asset classes.  Ms. McBride continues to maintain consistent success with tenant satisfaction and retention; she has also developed strong and successful relationships with property owners.  With her strong accounting background and analytical skills, she has a full understanding of financial reporting including budgeting, CAM reconciliations, reforecasting and monthly reporting.  She has been with Avison Young for 24 years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ramapo College.
