Shane graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology in 2014 with a degree in Building Surveying. He has worked in the property industry since 2014, working in the agency department of Hooke and MacDonald before joining the valuation department of Thornton’s Chartered Surveyors in 2015.

Shane has varied experience across the industry, primarily working as a valuation surveyor providing valuation advice to a variety of clients including financial institutions, housing associations, government departments, local authorities and private individuals.

He is actively involved in dealing with acquisitions, disposals, valuation instructions and general consultancy. Shane has been involved throughout the CPO process and has worked on a number of major infrastructure projects including motorways, railways, gas pipelines, ESB power lines, water and waste water schemes.

Shane is an associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Shane is also an associate RICS Registered Valuer.
