Scott Martin is an office tenant representation real estate advisor and leading specialist in the niche sector of healthcare real estate in the Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Martin most recently was Senior Vice President with Markeim-Chalmers, Inc. (MCI) and successfully executed real estate transactions in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. During his time with MCI he led the firm’s office and investment group while focusing on tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. Prior to joining Markeim-Chalmers in 2007, Mr. Martin served a distinguished career at Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark Knight Frank) and prior to that, he was a financial planner for Morgan Stanley and Wachovia Securities.
