Samantha Pineda joined Avison Young as the Operations Manager for Chicago & Rosemont in the Spring of 2022. As part of the market’s leadership team, she focuses on the continuous improvement of operations processes and works closely with functional partners to launch and communicate new initiatives to the Chicago market. She also manages the operations team, handles recruiting and onboarding for the market, and leads facility management.  

Prior to joining Avison Young, Samantha worked at a multi-state law firm as a Compliance Manager overseeing the Consumer Communications, Living File, and Document Services teams. She is excited to be part of the Commercial Real Estate world and apply her expertise in management, compliance, education, and event coordination to this role.
