Robbie sits in the Flexible Offices Advisory and Transaction team as an Associate Director.

Prior to joining Avison Young, he spent four years at a market-leading Operator. During this time a lot of his focus was on their West London and Midtown portfolio which equated to over 2 million sqft across 27 buildings. He played a key role in driving sales which resulted in the occupancy of the portfolio being above 85%. Along with this, he also spent some time in their China headquarters launching a Broker & Agent Development Team. A team that is vital to the success of the region today.

In his current role, he will use his experience and expertise to advise Occupiers, Operators and Landlords as they look to work their way through the ever-evolving Flexible Office Market. A sector of commercial real estate which is becoming more and more important as the demands and use of offices change.
