Richard W. Luciani joined the Retail Group of Avison Young in May 2014 as a member of the Amato Team specializing in convenience stores and gas stations.

Richard’s professional background includes over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales, business park development, and the sale and leasing of single and multi-tenant properties. Additionally, he has twenty-five years of experience in corporate finance and operations. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Richard was a Senior Associate with IPG Commercial Real Estate Services, where he specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties. Prior to this, Richard was an Investment Specialist with Marcus & Millichap. His client representation includes The Koll Company, Pageantry Development, Investment Equity Development, Magnum Opus Corporation, and Harsch Investment Properties.

Before moving to Las Vegas, Richard was a CFO for a Fortune 500, multi-national, food and beverage company. He was responsible for the company’s real estate portfolio, and managed finance and operations. Richard provides exceptional service to his clients using his corporate finance background and years of investment real estate experience.
