Paul Marko brings over 30 years of office brokerage experience to Avison Young. Paul is focused on representing office occupiers, both the tenant and the owner occupier. He also services small/mid cap office occupier portfolios throughout the United States. 

Applying a consultative approach with a financial and operations perspective, his goal is to identify each company’s specific needs, then design and implement a strategic plan achieving the best workplace solution for the client.

Utilizing Avison Young’s platform of services, Paul provides consulting and strategic planning, transaction brokerage services for acquisition, disposition and restructuring for tenants and owner occupiers, cost saving and workplace optimization, and occupier construction project management services.

Paul’s experience includes representing law firms, financial service, healthcare, and technology companies, as well as corporate headquarters. He has represented hundreds of tenants in millions of square feet of transactions. Paul likes to say, “I save my clients time, aggravation, and money”.

He is a Fort Lauderdale native and has a BBA in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University. He began his career as a State Certified General Appraiser and candidate for the MAI designation.

Paul is well recognized in South Florida as a top producer. His career includes positions with Flagship Group Real Estate as the broker of record; Property Trust Realty/Codina Realty Services as Vice President; CBRE Office Occupier and Corporate Services as Senior Vice President, and Stiles Corporation, as Stiles Realty President and broker of record until 2020, when Stiles made a corporate decision to focus only on retail brokerage.    

His professional affiliations include CoreNet Global previously serving as its South Florida Chapter President; board membership with NAIOP South Florida; Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Corporate Council; CORE Network partners; South Florida Office Brokers Association (SFOBA); and past member of ULI and the Association for Corporate Growth.

Paul is a long-time board member of Junior Achievement of South Florida and past Chairman of the Chapter Advisory Board and founder of Phi Delta Theta fraternity at Florida Atlantic University.
