Paul is a Quantity Surveying Director in the Manchester building team. Operating across most sectors of the construction industry has given Paul a breadth of professional experience that’s matched by his deep understanding of building matters.

He has worked extensively on traditional, and design and build, procurement routes - on projects ranging from new-build to refurbishment, and on restoring historic property. Paul also carries out all pre and post-contract duties. His rigour, coupled with his keen awareness of potential risk and cost implication at each stage, is highly valued by clients – so is his ability to formulate and manage full supply systems on their behalf, smoothing the path to successful realisation of their project.
