Patty Proshek is the U.S. Director of Property Management Accounting for Avison Young’s (AY) Real Estate Management Services Group. With 30+ years of global Real Estate Accounting experience, Patty brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and hands on experience to ensure high quality services to our AY clients.

Business-minded and strategic, she has developed and executed nationalized, client-focused transition procedures, consistent processes, and customizable reporting within SSAE 18, SOC 1 and SOX compliance parameters.

Patty specializes in financial and managerial accounting, project and administrative management, technology deployments, budgeting and forecasting and resource management. Her work with clients has demonstrated success in reengineering and transforming procedures, automating processes, and optimizing operations. With several successful projects under her belt, Patty has proved to be a leader and authority, who is committed to her customers and colleagues, provides direction and guidance, and demands high-quality results.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Patty was Global Executive Managing Director of Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions and Shared Service Centers at CBRE. She oversaw more than 3,000 financial professionals - ensuring the appropriate resources and tools are deployed to meet client needs.
