Patrick has extensive experience of Development Planning with 25 years’ Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Appraisal experience for a range of urban development projects. These projects include mixed use urban regeneration and extension schemes, sports and leisure projects, new stadia and transport interchange facilities. He also has extensive planning experience in sports and leisure development.
