Oli Munden joined Avison Young in 2015 having previously worked for a PLC housebuilder for several years prior. He is currently a Senior Planner within the PDR team in Scotland, based from their Edinburgh Office and advises a range of institutional and private sector clients.

Oli has advised on a variety of large and small scale projects across Scotland, including major mixed use city centre developments such as New Waverley on behalf of Artisan Real Estate; retail developments for Aldi Stores and retail park operators; as well as student housing, leisure proposals and residential development across Scotland.

Following his background in the housebuilding industry, Oli has a wide range of experience through from the site identification process; through the development plan representation procedure; securing planning permission and seeing through developments to completion. This has resulted in significant experience of public engagement and negotiation with a wide range of stakeholders and planning authorities.
