Nick is a Principal and Chartered Town Planner with 30 years experience working in our Midlands office, and is one of two Principals who manage the Midlands Planning team. Nick’s practice has focused mainly on planning application/appeal and development plan work for a variety of public sector clients (NHS Trusts, Universities, the MoJ, DIO and local authorities) and private sector clients across most sectors, but with a focus on residential and retail development. Nick is an expert town planner and has taken the role of client lead for a number of clients including for Homes England (when HCA) in the Midlands, for the MoJ on its New Prisons Programme, and for Lidl GB on a national basis. Nick has a focus always on delivering the highest quality advice and service to support lasting and productive Client relationships.
