Nancy is the Global Graphic Designer of Avison Young. She is responsible for executing day-to-day design collaterals while protecting the corporate brand. Nancy is equipped with the ability to demonstrate brand awareness by utilizing both commercial real estate knowledge and creative skills which she has gained in the past five years with Avison Young.

Nancy joined Avison Young Vancouver in 2017 as an Office Graphic Designer where she provided design support to the Office Brokerage team.

In 2018, Nancy was promoted to a Senior Graphic Designer in Avison Young Vancouver. She was responsible for not only executing, but managing large-scale marketing campaigns, high-profile proposals as well as providing design guidance to the marketing team. In collaboration with the team, Nancy also took the lead in developing in-house templates where she identified opportunities for improvement on numerous design concepts. She created both compelling, yet relevant design materials while managing her day-to-day workload. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Nancy worked at an Automotive Group as a Marketing Coordinator for over three years. She was responsible for overseeing all facets of marketing across six dealerships in Metro Vancouver.

Nancy is a dynamic and ambitious individual with more than eight years of design experience in handling creative design projects and concept creation. She is a deadline driven individual who always aim to strive higher than she did yesterday.
