Miles is an Associate Director based in the Birmingham Planning, Development and Regeneration team. He has been practising as a town planning consultant since August 2010, having joined the business as a Graduate. Miles provides advice on a broad range of town planning issues, from undertaking initial assessments of development potential through to setting project strategies and then implementing them to deliver planning permissions and development plan allocations. Miles is the day-to-day lead on many instructions and advises developers, housebuilders, retailers, landowners, promoters, contractors and Government agencies and departments. He is an experienced leader of multi-disciplinary teams and oversees the assembly of robust planning applications and strategic site promotion material.
