Melissa began her professional journey as a radiation therapist, deriving satisfaction from contributing to patients’ healing. She then transitioned to a role as a Project Coordinator at Boston Brigham & Women’s Hospital’s Center for Advanced Molecular Diagnostics. It was in this environment that Melissa discovered her passion for project management, appreciating the dynamic workflow and gaining proficiency in various PM tools. Transitioning to Account Management at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, she dedicated over two years to refining her project management skills, particularly in financial and contract management.
