Matthew has been at Avison Young since 2016 and has a range of project experience across London and the South East. This consists of central London office and hotel experience including complex mixed use developments and tall building experience in sensitive locations.

Matthew has also advised on a variety of residential projects, including mixed-use residential led developments, older persons accommodation and estate regeneration both in London and the wider south east.
