Marcels focus is on advising owners and investors of commercial real estate in Germany with regard to planned acquisition & sales activities. In his >12-year career as an agent and advisor in the commercial real estate sector, he has handled over 60 letting transactions with a total lettable area of over 20,000 sqm and real estate sales with a total volume of over 430 million euros.

Marcel supports investors and property buyers in identifying and acquiring suitable commercial properties and land. He also guides sellers of commercial property and land through the entire sales process, including transaction management and the identification of suitable buyers.

His area of activity covers a wide range of property types: office buildings, logistics, light industrial and production properties, warehouses and business parks, commercial sites and plots of land, retail properties, data centers, hotels and retirement and nursing homes.
