Lisa Lombardi is an Associate Director at Avison Young and currently oversees property management services in South Carolina. She is responsible for business development, client relationship management and oversight of financial reporting. In Georgia, Lisa oversees a team of property managers for mixed-used properties totaling 432,446 square feet. Lisa currently manages a 259,000 square foot office building, which is the corporate headquarters for Southern Company Gas. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate property management, project management, and accounting. Dedicated to serving clients of all sized, Lisa is credited with establishing long term relationships that yield positive results at every level.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Lisa was a Senior Property Manager at Madison Marquette for 6 years and was responsible for a 6-building portfolio totaling 600,000 square feet, which encompassed office, medical and industrial properties. Prior to this, Lisa served for 9 years as Vice President of Property Management for SK Commercial Realty where she oversaw the management of a 7-buiiding (office & medical) portfolio totaling over 2,000,000 square feet. She was responsible for all aspects of Portfolio Management, including construction management for tenant improvements and capital projects, staff management, lease administration, tenant relations, budget preparations, monthly reporting, and accounts payable and receivable.

Lisa is a licensed broker in Georgia and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She earned her degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
