Liam is an Associate Director in the Avison Young Belfast office providing agency advice throughout Northern Ireland with a particular emphasis on asset / portfolio management, development, estate agency, property acquisitions / disposals, land assembly, investment sales / purchases and general property advice.

Liam has been involved in a range of disposal and acquisition work on behalf of a wide range of both local and national clients particularly in the retail / restaurant sector.
