Kyle joined Avison Young in 2021 specializing in business applications of GIS using Esri software for demographic analysis, customer profiling, customer prospecting, site selection, statistical market analysis, reporting and route planning/logistics. He generates local, national and worldwide maps for market analysis; researches and prepares demographic reports for specific requested regions of the U.S. Prior to Avison Young, Kyle spent a number of years with Cushman & Wakefield.

Kyle joined DTZ in 2006 and, as a member of US Research team, serving as the GIS SME for their client services projects spanning across the country. With 14 years in the commercial real estate industry, Kyle is one of the industry’s most versatile professionals, offering extensive experience in all aspects of GIS and commercial real estate as well as client commercial real estate interests. More than familiar with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices and procedures, he relies on his experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
