As Operations Manager, Kristie ensures the office runs smoothly and is compliant with all real estate regulations. In addition to being involved in company decisions and strategic planning, Kristie establishes and monitors corporate, brokerage, and property management practices and procedures.

Kristie has made a name for herself as an efficient, capable professional. She was honored to be part of the 2016 Avison Young Circle of Excellence. Her drive to improve and excel, mentoring from senior real estate professionals, and continuing her education have all contributed to her success.

Kristie was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN and moved to Phoenix in 2003. She has an extensive background in customer service-related work, even working in hospitality in Hawaii and Alaska.

Graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University in 2008.
