Julian started his career in commercial property management in 2010 and has managed numerous assets in all sectors for clients across Canada. During this time, he has gained a wide array of experience in managing capital projects for landlords and tenants, primarily focused improving asset value for new owners. Julian takes great pride in creating a positive work environment for all the staff and colleagues he works with, which is a critical foundation for producing exceptional service and asset value for clients.

Julian obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in 2006, Real Property Administrator certificate from BOMI in 2015, and is a licensed with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). He is a director for BOMA Edmonton, volunteers as a ball hockey coach in his spare time and is passionate about continued learning and engaging in mentorship as a mentor and mentee.
