Jonathan is a Senior Brokerage Analyst on Avison Young’s Investment Sales Team, focusing on income-producing commercial properties and development land throughout British Columbia. He started at Avison Young in 2021 as a Research Manager and covered the Metro Vancouver office market. Previously, Jonathan spent five years working in business development for the Canadian institutional division of a major global investment management firm in Vancouver.
Jonathan attended the University of British Columbia, where he graduated with a major in Economics and a minor in Commerce. He is a CFA charterholder and is currently completing the Diploma Program in Urban Land Economics from the UBC Sauder School of Business.
