John is a Senior Vice President for the firm’s Industrial Team. John joined Avison Young in 2024 with a focus on Industrial leasing and sales. He prides himself on his ability to connect with clients, understand their objectives, and ensure a seamless transaction. His ability to use critical thinking to tailor to each clients needs allows him to develop long lasting relationships.

John, a Raleigh native, uses his vast knowledge of the area and market to provide his clients with strategies to help navigate the rapidly growing greater Raleigh and eastern North Carolina areas.

As a graduate of Emory and Henry College, John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History.
