Specializing in owner representation, John advises clients through the entire project lifecycle (pre-construction to closeout) on large-scale projects. With 3+ years of experience in industrial project and program management, John has effectively overseen complex projects with budgets ranging from $13M - $55M. His attention to detail and concise reporting helps him manage multiple projects at once, while maximizing efficiency. John’s clients include Hampshire Companies LLC., Fabric, KBS, Crow Holdings, and Cisco.

Prior to joining Avison Young, John was a Start Up Manager for Amazon in the Greater Philadelphia Area, where he launched 5 delivery stations in the Northeast and added more than 200,000 packages per day in peak capacity. During this role, John’s experience specialized in station design review, budget reporting and expense management, vendor/client management, non-inventory procurement ordering, inventory management, operations team coordination, and full site start up, launch, and project closeout.
