Joanna provides management services for properties in the Raleigh area, focusing on providing excellent service to owners and tenants. Joanna’s responsibilities include tenant retention, financial stewardship for the properties, development and implementation of budgets, contract and risk management and maintenance.

Previously, Joanna was the Client Services Manager for North Carolina where she served as liaison for tenants, orchestrated building maintenance and repair, assisted with facility operations, budget preparation and managed the Client Services team.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Joanna, worked at Rivercrest Realty Associates for over 12 years. For four of those years, she was a property manager overseeing over 1 million sf of commercial shopping centers in the area. She was also a tenant coordinator at Rivercrest for eight years.

In addition to her property management and client service skills, Joanna has a background in graphic design and advertising.
