Jennie Zafft, CMD, CRRP is an experienced Marketing professional specializing in strategic planning, brand management, public relations, advertising/media, sponsorships, customer service, financial and ROI management, and market research.  Ms. Zafft has a background in developing, planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of the marketing, advertising, public relations, tenant relations and communication programs in retail centers.

In her previous role at a top global firm, Ms. Zafft was instrumental in putting together Global Standards for Marketing for CBRE Retail Property Management.  She oversaw local marketing programs for managed shopping centers across the United States. She managed market level strategies, creative messaging, media, and sponsorship activations to drive traffic and sales, ROI, brand awareness and brand consideration metrics for this portfolio.

She is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers as a volunteer and mentor, She has been recipient of a number of MAXI Awards (the industry's highest honor) for her successful marketing programs. She is an active volunteer with nonprofits Hope Chest for Breast Cancer and H2O for Life.
