Jay Singer oversees all stages of project lifecycles, facilitates tenant, ownership and vendor communications and leads Avison Young project teams.

Mr. Singer brings over three decades of leadership, project management and development experience to his role as Senior Project Manager.  He has previously served as Vice President of Construction at Republic Bank, where he managed the portfolio of bank branch development throughout the New York and Philadelphia metro markets, which ranged from 3,000 to 8,000 square feet (sf) and $3 million to $8 million total cost per location. Prior to that, Mr. Singer managed extensive renovation and development projects during his time at Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Marine Architects and TD Bank, including the large Unilever repositioning project in Englewood, NJ.
