James Pratt is a Senior Financial Analyst for Avison Young's Corporate Net Lease Finance Team in New York. His main responsibilities include the underwriting, analysis, and evaluation of corporate credits for the team’s clients.

Prior to joining Avison Young, James was a Senior Associate at KPMG’s New York City office, where he worked on some of the firm’s largest corporate accounts.

James graduated from State University of New York College at Geneseo where he captained the varsity men’s lacrosse team.
