As the Operations Coordinator for Avison Young Denver, Jackie Bond provides operational and transaction coordination for the region’s brokers. She assists with presentation support, listing and offer preparation, client reporting, transaction administration, and marketing for both Landlord and Tenant Representation. She will be handling all new employee onboarding, recruiting, hiring, training, payroll, revenue and commission processing, expense reimbursements, A/R and A/P for the region.

Jackie brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate to Avison Young. She began her career at Transwestern where she obtained her Colorado State real estate license while providing exceptional service to clients and brokers alike. At CBRE, she served as a Client Services Specialist, first supporting a downtown Office Tenant Rep team, then provided high level support to an 8-person Southeast executive sales team who averaged $3 million annually. She focused on marketing over 50 office properties. Jackie served as the Office Manager for Alberta Development Partners, where she worked closely with the Senior Asset Manager in retail property management. She oversaw lease abstraction, tenant sales reporting, prepared tenant estoppels, tracked insurance certificates, and notarized documents.

Jackie is excited to assist the Denver office in its growth while sharing her knowledge, experience and best practices.
