Ivor Ashe is an Associate Director in the Valuation Advisory Services Department of Avison Young Dublin and provides a range of valuations, landlord and tenant advice and property assessments, and strategic consultancy and advisory services.

An RICS Registered Valuer, he has over 12 years’ experience in the provision of valuations to institutional, public sector and private clients on individual properties and portfolios for purposes as diverse as formal lending, financial reporting and strategic restructuring. Additionally, he has represented clients in lease renewals, lease restructuring matters, and rent reviews.

Ivor has undertaken valuations for numerous property types including residential development lands, mixed-use development lands, commercial development lands, houses, apartments, PRS schemes and residential investment portfolios, offices, retail, industrial and specialised commercial properties such as car showrooms, public houses, nursing homes etc.
