Ian is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with experience across a range of sectors, including financial services, publishing and infrastructure development. With over fifteen years of board-level participation across numerous SPVs for projects in the transport, health, blue light and education sectors, Ian has dealt with several topics from the bid stage to steady state operations.

At Avison Young, Ian manages and reports on all aspects of financial performance for the project portfolio and the portfolio SPC entities in the UK and overseas. 

He has hands-on experience of acquisitions, disposals, resolving commercial issues, funding/refinancing, system implementations, and managing all aspects of financial reporting and compliance.
