Howard joined Avison Young in 2012 and primarily represents tenants and occupiers of real estate at the local, national and international level. Howard began his career in 1992 and his commercial real estate career spans over 25 years. Prior to joining Avison Young, he was with Grubb & Ellis, JLL and CBRE.

Throughout his real estate career, he has been involved in over $1.7 billion in leasing and sales. He has successfully represented numerous tenants, corporate users, developers, landlords, investors, and build-to-suit owners. His experience is extensive as well as broad, including corporate services, tenant representation, landlord representation, build-to-suit, land purchases, lease and sublease transactions, building purchase and sale transactions, portfolio analysis and real estate consulting services.

When representing clients, he takes a strategic consultative approach and applies a proven transaction process to ensure exceptional results. This approach combined with his market knowledge, financial acumen, negotiation experience, and transactional expertise allows him to add significant value and in-maximum results for his clients.
