Haley Baird brings over six years of real estate experience to her role as an Associate Broker in Avison Young Honolulu. In this current role, Haley helps to facilitate the sales and leasing of numerous transactions across the region, as well as utilizes her extensive marketing background to service the Avison Young Honolulu office’s various marketing needs. This includes preparing promotional flyers and brochures, managing various social media accounts, designing e-blasts and online marketing materials, and more.
A Silicon Valley native, Haley pursued her education at the University of Hawaii, Manoa, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Communications. As a Zillow Premier agent, she facilitated over $16 million in sales. Having earned her Military Relocation Professional certification and Accredited Buyers Representative certification, Haley stands as a distinguished global real estate advisor, guiding clients worldwide in their quest for ideal homes, whether it be for purchase, rental, or sale.
Beyond curating dream homes, Haley also served as a Project Manager at Hale Partners LLC., a leading Oahu construction management firm. Her hands-on approach with clients, coupled with attention to detail, lead to the successful transformation of numerous houses into homes. Recently completing a full remodel for the prestigious Paiko Drive estate, Haley's luxury design expertise significantly elevated its value. With a background in interior design and a knack for showcasing property highlights, Haley consistently secured top-dollar sales for sellers.
In her leisure time, Haley dedicates herself to community service, notably raising awareness for the Alzheimer's Association Hawaii; she recently repelled down the 40-story Hyatt Regency Hotel to raise substantial funds for Special Olympics Hawaii. A significant milestone in her personal development was her active participation as a contestant in the 2020 Miss Hawaii USA pageant. During the pageant, Haley aligned her goals with HomeAid Hawaii, a non-profit organization fostering collaboration between public and private entities. The organization's mission revolves around developing Kauhale communities and shelters for Hawaii's homeless population.
