Haidee Medina is an accomplished Assistant Property Manager with over eight years of experience in administrative support and property management. She joined Avison Young in 2023 and currently oversees the management of Rio San Diego Plaza, a 195,125 square-foot Class A office building located in the Mission Valley submarket of San Diego. This building hosts major tenants such as Kaiser, Snapdragon Experience Center, and Intercap Lending. In her role, Haidee is responsible for invoice processing, scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, tenant relations, and managing vendor agreements on behalf of the client, Rockwood Capital.

Prior to her tenure at Avison Young, Haidee served as a Property Administrator at Lincoln Property Company, where she helped manage a diverse portfolio of properties totaling over one million square feet. Her portfolio included industrial properties in North County, retail spaces in Del Mar, and office buildings in Poway. Haidee's career began as an Administrative Assistant at the Viejas Outlet Center in Alpine, CA, where she collaborated closely with the VP of Property Management to oversee the operations of a $35 million open-air retail center. This center featured prominent stores such as Nike Clearance, Michael Kors, Coach, Vans, and Polo Ralph Lauren, providing Haidee with a robust foundation in retail property management and operations.

Haidee holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from California State University, San Marcos, and is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of San Diego. As a licensed California Real Estate professional, she is dedicated to continuous growth and excellence in the field of property management.
