Previously a Partner in a niche retail practice, Guy joined the firm in 2009 to bolster the Midlands’ property management consultancy team and since then has been promoted to Senior Director and Regional Head for Property Management in the UK’s second city, and worked on some of the region’s high profile developments including Brindleyplace, Paradise and Calthorpe Estates.

Guy leads a robust Midlands team of surveyors working across retail, leisure, mixed use, office and industrial portfolios on behalf of a diverse mix of clients from pension funds and developers to local authorities. He is known for his considered approach and excellent client relationships as well as an ability to provide relevant and commercially focussed advice to specific projects or across an entire portfolio. He leads the Property Management divisions Strategy Executive team, governing the division and planning new initiatives and future growth.
