Grant serves as the U.S. Multifamily & Client Data Solutions lead for Market Intelligence at Avison Young’s AVANT platform. In his role, he manages multifamily-focused sales enablement, thought leadership, and data initiatives across the U.S. and acts as an integral part of Avison Young’s strategy to deliver data-led services and products to clients leveraging the AVANT platform.

Prior to taking on his current role, Grant acted as Regional Manager for Texas and Colorado Region, where he oversaw the data collection and analysis of 2.3 billion sf of real estate, led business development efforts, and was awarded the U.S. Above & Beyond Circle of Excellence award in 2021.

Before joining Avison Young, Grant worked at JLL on the Government Investor Services brokerage team and executed 1.0 million sf of office leases to the federal government across the U.S. Prior to brokerage, he was a key member of the DC Region’s research team where he helped build, expand, and differentiate the data platform.

Grant has represented a variety of major institutional investors across the U.S., advised municipalities and Fortune 500 companies, in addition to working in industrial economic development, bringing a diverse array of experience for his clients.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing music, baking, and improving their investment properties.
